After purchasing my home, I was aware that I needed a hot water heater replacement, a new central air system, and a heat pump. I’m so thankful for Atlantic Shore Heating and Air Conditioning!! They are great!! All the professionals who came to my home were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They left the place spotless every day. I truly appreciate the care they gave the job from start to finish! Old-school customer service is hard to find nowadays!!

I had a great experience with this company. My furnace was not heating the house, so they scheduled me for the same afternoon. The technicians arrived ahead of schedule, got straight to work, resolved the problem quickly and kept me well-informed of everything. The cost was reasonable, and everyone from the 1st phone call to the end was friendly. It can't get much better than that!

I called for service on Thursday afternoon, and they came out Friday first thing in the morning. The sudden temperature drop we received these last few days caught me off guard because my heating system was failing. The tech came out and immediately began diagnosing the problem. He was very thorough and explained his process and what he planned on doing before doing anything to make sure I was ok with it. He made recommendations based on what I wanted to do and not trying to sell me on something I didn't want or need. He was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire visit, and I will never call anyone else to provide service/maintenance for my HVAC system.
